Welcome to Accreovato ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.accreovato.com (the "Site"), and the singing courses, lessons, workshops, and other services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Use of the Site and Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Site. If you are under 18, you may only use our Site and Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. For students under 16 who wish to take lessons, a parent or guardian must register on their behalf and be involved in the process.

2.2 User Account

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. Lessons and Bookings

3.1 Booking and Registration

By booking lessons or registering for our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Attend scheduled lessons or provide notice of cancellation as outlined in our cancellation policy

3.2 Cancellation Policy

For individual lessons:

  • You may reschedule or cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson fee, except in cases of illness or emergency at our discretion
  • If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund

For course packages and workshops:

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date
  • 50% refunds are available 3-7 days before the start date
  • No refunds are available less than 3 days before the start date
  • Course credits may be issued in special circumstances at our discretion

3.3 Payment

Payment for our Services is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Site Content

The content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is owned by or licensed to Accreovato and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit permission.

4.2 User Content

If you submit content to our Site (such as comments, reviews, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

4.3 Lesson Materials

Any lesson materials, including sheet music, instructional guides, recordings, and practice files provided to you as part of our Services are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, share, or commercially exploit these materials without our written permission.
